Digital Marketer

Horizon Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketer for US-based partner company to join team and drive online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role involves managing social media accounts, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Create and curate engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.

Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools.

Using Google Analytics to track website and campaign performance, gaining insights into user behavior.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new digital marketing technologies.

Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets and advertisements.

Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the user experience and conversion rates.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and brand voice.

Track and report on KPIs, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

While not mandatory, the ability to create digital banners and graphics is a plus for various online marketing activities.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or at least Diploma/Certification in Digital Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Fluent English Required

NOTE:

Its Karachi based on-site role, office is located in PECHS, Block 6.

Shift timings will be from 6pm - 3am (Monday -Friday)
