Digital Marketing Specialist

Horizon Technologies is looking of "Digital Marketing Specialist". This job requires a combination of creative and analytical skills. The Digital Marketing Specialist should be versatile, able to handle various aspects of digital marketing from content creation to data analysis, and comfortable with technology. They must proactively learn and adapt to new tools and trends in the rapidly evolving digital marketing field. Effective communication and collaboration skills are also vital, as they will often work with different departments to create a unified marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO, SEM).

Manage social media profiles and presence, creating engaging content tailored to each platform.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.

Create and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences for personalized communication.

Analyze digital marketing data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize future strategies.

Collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, content creation) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

Stay current with digital marketing technologies and trends to propose new and innovative marketing strategies.

Manage digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, performance monitoring, and ROI analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media advertising platforms).

Strong understanding of social media strategies and algorithms.

Knowledge of SEO practices and tools, with the ability to analyze SEO data.

Experience with email marketing tools and understanding of email marketing metrics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Creative and innovative thinking, with a willingness to try new approaches.

Understanding of advertising metrics and experience with budget management.
