Looking for experienced & skilled, mid-senior to senior level profiles for the role of "NetSuite Support Administrator"
DESCRIPTIONS:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite implementation and integration, working closely with the IT team to ensure seamless business operations.
Manage user access and permissions and support to users as needed to ensure proper usage of the system.
Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and reports to optimize NetSuite functionality and improve system performance.
Conduct regular audits of NetSuite data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support for NetSuite upgrades and system enhancements, to ensure a smooth transition.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy new NetSuite functionality.
Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials to ensure that users are equipped with the necessary knowledge to maximize NetSuite's functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite updates and industry trends, providing recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerce.
Computer Science, Business Degree or any related Bachelor’s Degree. Technical degree preferred.
5 to 7 years hands on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration.
Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, accounting, and financial reporting.
Relationships within Finance, Project Management and Operations Teams.
NOTE:
Karachi based on-site position with having shift timings of 8am to 5pm (US - Eastern Standard Time).
