Responsibilities

  • HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues.
  • This means that your HR manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
  •  Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
  •  Foster long-term relationships with candidates and employees
  •  Review and understand technical job requirement and create the job descriptions
  •  Review and schedule applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  •  Review employee performance to make them permanent and take care of increments
  •  Lead and execute HR strategies w.r.t. Reward and Recognition
  •  Work with management in policymaking and Execution
  •  Coordinate with Accounts for payroll, loan and Provident Fund etc
  •  Play an important part in retention and employee engagement
