Admin Executive
Job Description
· Lower Staff Supervision - develop and maintain checklists, randomly check the working
· Supervision of motor vehicles, generator, other heavy duty equipment log for fuel and service
· Dealing with PTCL, K-Electric, SSGC, and other government departments as the nd when required
· Dealing with management of the office buildings, whenever required, and ensuring smooth facility provisions to office
· Dealing with the more ourie services, working out the most feasible options as and when required
· Order office supplies & maintain strong relationships with vendors
· Dealing with official vendors for the administrative tasks of the office
· Monitoring monthly consumption and usage patterns of utilities, monitoring any problem areas and suggesting improvements
· Coordinate office procedures & Resolve administrative problems.
· Maintaining a clean and good working environment
