Portals Assistant - eCommerce

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative eCommerce Assistant to join our growing team. Working as part of the team you will support elements for the website.

Duties include:

•     General website maintenance
•     Adding and update of product inventory, Manage product data
•     Images selection & editing
•     Maintaining and daily monitoring product listings
•     Promoting and listing products across various online platforms
•     Managing social media
•     Be accountable for daily workflow, ensuring all products are uploaded on time, in full and to the specified standard

Requirements:

•     Candidate must have a good level of written English
•     Candidate must have eagerness to learn image editing
•     Team player, focused on total company targets, & thrives in a challenging
•     Increasing the websites exposure and trading opportunities.
•     Well presented, polite and tactful,
•     Hard working, efficient, responsible, well organised and punctual
•     Computer literate (word, excel, outlook)
•     Multitasking / time management skills
•     Proactive and positive with a can-do attitude
•     Should be driven, self-motivated and have high attention to detail

Required experience :
