Responsibilities
- Check accuracy of invoices
- Process invoices
- Match Invoices with Purchase Order
- Send invoices to Manager for payment approval
- Support the month end process by providing supporting documentation for month end journals
- Report on Aged Payables plus other ad hoc reporting
