Admin Officer

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities of Admin Officer:

  • Transportation Management (Allocation of Drivers, Repair & maintenance of Vehicles, Log book of vehicles, Excise & Taxation)
  • General Administration (assets management, repair & maintenance of assets, vendor management).
  • Security matters of Showroom & regional office, Inward /Outward gate pass Process TADA as per company policy.
  • CCTV Monitoring.
  • Housekeeping management, maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of management offices, showroom and outside areas.
