Sr. Officer, Customer Services

Responsibilities

  •  Deals directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face for complaints and queries.
  •  Obtains and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Ensures all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process.
  • Provides pricing and delivery information to customers where required.
  • Performs customer verifications of order, delivery and fixing.
  • Sets up new customer accounts, process orders, forms, applications, requests and manage customer accounts.
  •  Organizes workflow to meet customer timeframes.
  • Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource for timely and effective resolution.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, comments and complaints and document corrective actions taken against complaints while maintaining a customer database.
  • Prepares and allocates customer activity reports.
  • Communicates and coordinates with internal departments.
  • Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to the management.
