Executive/ Sr. Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure sales achievement as per Annual Business Plan and target. (Both quarterly/annual)
• Responsible for maintaining and following up all sales related activity to complete the sale.
• Efficiently and effectively follow up the sales process to achieve sales target.
• Improve customer satisfaction through better coverage, service and monitoring.
• Maintain rapport of internal & external customers for smooth execution of planned targets.
• Improve market feedback system and intelligence.
• Identify new opportunities and untapped markets.
• Adaptability with market changes.
• Responsible for sales forecasting, promotional planning and direct sales efforts.
• Maintain customer relationship and establish a strong customer base.
