Head of Research & Advisory

Job Description:

• To manage research & advisory department.
• Build and strengthen research team.
• Supervise the research staff, Set departmental and employees goals and KPIs.
• Provision of senior presence at key client interface situations with ultimate responsibility for quality of service and business development on allocated accounts.
• Full responsibility of research projects from kick off meeting till final delivery.
• New business generation from the leads provided by BD team.
• Act as mentor of research team.

• Knowledge of investment/financial research will be a plus
• Client Facing & Handling Experience
