Job Description

1. Primarily responsible for Handling MS Dynamic related tasks and application support to the end-users including diagnosis analysis and solution.

2 Also responsible for enhancements to ERP system in coordination with the Function anyalst & CIO.

3. Writing functional specifications.

4. Create Test envirnment & testing as per requirement.

5. Provide automation & easy way for data entry.

6. Preparation of Training Documents.

7. Creation of Process documents and Its Updating.

8. Working on management reporter and power B.I
