Job Description

1. Issues passes at own discretion or on instructions from superiors.

2. Prepare Requsition order

3. Requisiton delievered

4. Purchase order verify

5. Item check

6. Prepare Consumption report

7. Prepare Product receiving report

8. Directs visitors and truckers to various parts of grounds or buildings.

9. Inspects outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorized removal of company property or products.

10. May supervise use of time clocks for recording arrival and departure of employees.

11. May answer telephone and transfer calls when switchboard is closed.
