Assistant Manager - Admin

Supervise and manage all aspects of the factory's canteen, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety regulations.

Implement efficient systems for food ordering, inventory management, and waste reduction.

Collaborate with management to identify areas requiring policy development or revision.

Ensure policies are effectively communicated to all stakeholders and facilitate training sessions as needed.

Work closely with department heads and frontline staff to ensure SOPs are practical, actionable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and other departments as required.
