Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities

  • Must understand caller’s requirements and then transfer it to the concerned person
  • Receive calls all internal and outside calls.
  • Dial outgoing calls.
  • On and off the code of PABX.
  • Note messages while anybody is out or not available.
  • Properly maintain registers of outgoing calls.
  • Receive and dispatch couriers.
  • Responsible for maintenance of reception area.
  • Maintain and update the email list, personal numbers and customer contacts
