• Help to build the development / software / technology departments capability
• Recruitment of new staff and development of the staff in various ways
• Assist with the Agile transformation
• Leading a team of around 20 people
• Carrying out performance reviews
• Promoting
• Supporting innovation
• Driving forward Agile
• The teams consist of people with und the teams are C# .net, typescript, angular, j2, mongo and many more so and understanding of the above will be highly beneficial.
