Program Manager

Assist in preparing and reviewing subgrants proposals and documentation.

Coordinate with implementing partners for issues related to implementation and progress reporting

Coordinate and participate in periodic progress review meetings of implementing partners

Review, analyze and compile periodic progress updates based on the implementing partners reports

Assist in monitoring the progress and field level activities of implementing partners

Carry out online and in-person facilitation and monitoring of the project

Keep track and archiving of the documentation related to award, implementation and close-out of the subgrants

Contribute to the training activities as advised by the Manager

Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

This is an Emergency based project and could be filled on immediate and rolling basis.
