SEO / SEM Specialist

MicroAgility is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join our Marketing team! As a SEO/SEM you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy.

As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
• Perform onsite, offsite & technical SEO.
• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery & expansion of keyword opportunities.
• Recommend changes to the website architecture, content, linking & other factors to improve SEO positions for targeted keywords.
• Optimizing landing pages.
• Track, report & analyze website analytics.
• Prepare and present reports regularly
• Work with editorial & marketing team to drive SEO in content creation.
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
• Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
• Execute tests, collect & analyze data & results, identify trends & insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.

 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion & online customer acquisition.
• 4+ years of experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Cogantive SEO, Semrush, StatCounter)
• 4+ years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in relevant quantitative fields.

Note: The position is based at our Islamabad office. However, Work from home / Remote work temporarily acceptable considering COVID19.
