Call Center Manager

Responsibilities

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and skilled agents with excellent English communication skills for our USA and Canadian based Call Center projects

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads.
  • Follow up continuously on all potential sales processes to advance them towards closing.
  • Day to day communication with clients.
  • Emailing clients where needed. (Email account will be provided)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of proven work experience required.
  • You must have excellent email and sales skills and not be scared to pick up the phone and confirm things with a client.
  • Prior experience in a sales role
  • Proven ability to execute in complicated and ambiguous sales opportunities
  • Must have IT knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically
  • Able to work in Night Shift.

Candidate with relevant experience in generating leads through phone call at USA and CA region will be encouraged.
