Business Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

Understanding of user requirements and familiarizing existing Products, Systems & Services offered by the company.

Technical approach for analyzing and designing an application.

Translate business needs into technical requirements, identify technology gaps, and implement appropriate solutions.

Effective communication to interact with the clients and stakeholders.

Analyze the impacts based on existing system and new business approach

Should have scientific reductionist approach & good command on documentation.

Flexible to take up challenges and having analytical reasoning approach.

Should be analytical having problem-solving approach to business and technical issues.

Have strong background of database level documentation

Architectural Diagram or System Diagram or Class diagram knowledge.

Good command on fabricating diagrams based on the model.

Documentation of DB Objects with Details

DB Jobs & Windows Services familiarity.

Note: Candidate having US healthcare experience would be a plus point.
