Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities

General Areas of Responsibility

  • Prospecting for new clients through cold calling, leveraging social media, developing industry relationships, and pursuing existing MTBC leads and client referrals
  • Building a strong pipeline to achieve assigned quota
  • Providing accurate forecasting and up-to-date sales lead tracking and pipeline data
  • Becoming a trusted resource for industry knowledge, including how MTBC ’s product offerings, benefits and solutions will improve practice workflows, increase productivity and improve patient satisfaction
  • Leveraging empathy, understanding, and consultative selling approach to uncover the client’s business opportunities, gaps and needs
  • Conveying MTBC ’s solutions in a compelling and credible manner ensuring that clients understand how our software solutions will improve their practice
  • Building a strong foundation of industry and competitor product knowledge to best position MTBC ’s product suite and address client objections
  • Driving adherence to MTBC ’s defined sales process and cadence with operating mechanisms
  • Representing the company at trade association and other industry meetings to promote the company, products and generate sales leads

Requirements

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and position products against competitors
  • Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline in an assigned territory
  • Exceptional listener, ability to identify business needs and gaps
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
  • Ability to identify and solve client issues and follow through on commitments
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the practice
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive but team-oriented environment
  • Superior written, verbal, presentation skills and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills and technical aptitude, including Microsoft Office suite, salesforce.com and other sales SaaS tools
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional poise and self-starter

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years previous sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and goal
  • Outside B2B sales experience, including selling directly to decision maker
