Inside Sales Executive

General Areas of Responsibility

Prospecting for new clients through cold calling, leveraging social media, developing industry relationships, and pursuing existing MTBC leads and client referrals

Building a strong pipeline to achieve assigned quota

Providing accurate forecasting and up-to-date sales lead tracking and pipeline data

Becoming a trusted resource for industry knowledge, including how MTBC ’s product offerings, benefits and solutions will improve practice workflows, increase productivity and improve patient satisfaction

Leveraging empathy, understanding, and consultative selling approach to uncover the client’s business opportunities, gaps and needs

Conveying MTBC ’s solutions in a compelling and credible manner ensuring that clients understand how our software solutions will improve their practice

Building a strong foundation of industry and competitor product knowledge to best position MTBC ’s product suite and address client objections

Driving adherence to MTBC ’s defined sales process and cadence with operating mechanisms

Representing the company at trade association and other industry meetings to promote the company, products and generate sales leads

Requirements

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and position products against competitors

Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline in an assigned territory

Exceptional listener, ability to identify business needs and gaps

Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts

Ability to identify and solve client issues and follow through on commitments

Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the practice

Ability to succeed in a competitive but team-oriented environment

Superior written, verbal, presentation skills and organizational skills

Excellent computer skills and technical aptitude, including Microsoft Office suite, salesforce.com and other sales SaaS tools

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional poise and self-starter

Education/Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience

Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and goal

Outside B2B sales experience, including selling directly to decision-maker
