Research Analyst
Responsibilities
- Strong communication abilities with insurance and providers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies, denials, rejection etc.
- Manage all New Client Account Setups, Research and Development activities.
- Follow up with Sales team to get the client on board and live.
- Coordinates with clients and insurance/clearinghouse to make sure a smooth transition.
- Document each detail and keep up-to date practice records and make information available when needed.
- Identify issues that require additional investigation and evaluation, validates discrepancies and ensures appropriate follow up.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
