Key Responsibilities:
• Write test plans, cases, and conditions for manual testing of the application
• Testing of the system
• Help and mentor other testers in testing and Best Practices
• Support Quality Assurance department initiatives
• Reporting regular status of testing
• Recording and tracking defects through Web-based tools
• Reviewing artifacts/documents such as RS, FS and User Manuals.
• Understanding of Automation Testing using Selenium Webdriver would be an advantage.
• Scripting and executing load tests and analyzing results
• Working with testers, operations, DBAs and developers to help solve performance issues in the application, network, and environment
• Additional duties as assigned by team lead

Qualification:
BSCS/BCS/MSCS/MCS / MIT (from HEC recognized universities)
Career Level:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Skills & Experience:
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Manual testing experience, an understanding of Best Practices and principals of testing
• Experience with various testing methodologies
• Experience testing Web-based applications
• Some experience/knowledge of automated testing tools, load & performance testing tools will be added advantage.
• Basic SQL query skills, understanding of database schema, Java/ .NET applications and XML
• Understanding of basic environment and network architectures
• Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio products
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities
