Position: Sales Closer
Timings : 9 to 5:00 am night shift
Location: Office # 714, 7th Floor, Al-Hafeez Shopping Mall, Lahore, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and needs.
- Articulate our agency's services and solutions effectively, showcasing how they address the client's specific challenges and goals.
- Implement a consultative approach by providing insights and recommendations to potential clients, positioning our agency as a valuable partner.
- Lead negotiations, addressing client concerns and objections while demonstrating the value and benefits of our services. Successfully close deals and finalize contracts.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional post-sale customer experience and encouraging long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on consultative selling and deal closing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and design services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software for tracking and managing leads.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or design agency is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
