International Client Support Executive

Responsibilities

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 2 x International Client Support Executive. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail / Diligence
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in rendering online services to US/Canadian clients in BPO / Call Center industry.
  • Willing to work in any shift timing as per the requirements of clients preferably for Night and Morning shifts.
  • Willing to provide Site surveillance related support to the US based clients.
