Office Dining Halls / Mess Manager

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires a Dining Hall / Mess Manager to ensure smooth operations and maintenace of 3 x Dining Halls of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement of food, beverages and equipment. 
• Maintenance of Dining Halls' equipment and buildings.
• Hiring and firing of the Dining Halls' staff members
• Planning and catering to the in-house events being organized in the halls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• Atleast 3-6 years' experience in a similar capacity within Corporate / HoReCa (Hotel Restaurant Cafe) industry.
• Must be willing to work from 8 AM to 8 PM shift, Mondays to Saturdays.

Remuneration Package:

Gross salary as per experience

a) During Probation period:

• 3 sick/casual leaves 
• Company provided lunch/dinner
• Travelling allowance for female staff
• DayCare facility for female staff's children 

b) After completion of Probation period (Permanent Employee is entitled to the following benefits):
