Software Support Executive

Job Description

We are seeking mid-career professional software support executive in Karachi. The position requires providing accounts & finance software support & consultancy to SMEs with advice and training on using our Financial ERP. You should have at least Bechelor’s degree with majors in Accounting and Finance, Training for software will be provided.

You will be responsible for:

Installing and configuring the application at the clients’ end

Providing training to users on how to use the application

Attending calls on technical & accounting level support helpline to provide assistance

Diagnosing and solving problems faced by the clients.
