Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment process starting from interview schedule , manage correspondence, Postings, & liaison with candidates
• Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification through offer acceptance
• Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline
• Really understanding what sort of talent the company is looking for and prioritising recruitment efforts based on those requirements
• Assist in implementing corporate policies
• Assist in organizing relevant training programs
• Participate in developing competitive compensation and benefits packages
• Implement actions that enable a pleasant, energetic and productive office environment
• Handle employee related issues to ensure high employee satisfaction
• Providing assistance in developing HR plans
Skills:
• Around 1 or 2 years of overall experience in well reputed organization
• Must be great at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing your time and activities
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
