All Pakistan Workers Confederation (Regd.) is one of the major national trade union centers of the workers in the country. It has membership of more than 650000 workers employed in the largest public utility/entities of the country including Pakistan Water And Power Development Authority and Electricity Distribution, Generation, Transmission, I.T Companies having membership of more than 150000 workforce, Pakistan Railways including Open Lines and Workshops has 123000 workforce and Public Utilities alike Public works, Irrigation, Banks, Industrial Units as well as other public and private sectors enterprises including Construction, Textile, Pakistan Telecommunication Company, Transport, Food & Beverage and Engineering and Chemicals etc. Its Headquarters is situated at Bakhtiar Labour Hall, Lahore while all the Provincial Headquarters are situated on the major cities i.e. Khurshid Labour Hall, Quetta (Baluchistan Province), Abdul Latif Nizamani Labour Hall, Hyderabad (Sindh Province), Workers Tower, Peshawar (KPK Province), Multan, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi Gujranwala (Punjab Province). It has special Wings of organized workers including Youth Women Wing as well as special branches for promotion of workers education and training on safety and health and defending and promotion of the fundamental rights of the workers, organization of unorganized and young labour force. It has been publishing its Monthly Journal “Pak Workers”.
