"Digital Marketing & SEO Manager"
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & SEO Manager to run our day-to-day marketing operations. The right candidate can directly contribute and while stepping into the larger role of defining marketing strategy to strengthen Plentys.pk market position.
Responsibilities include:
Must have proven experience of local organic rankings
Own the management of all marketing channels - paid user acquisition (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Affiliates, Display, Retargeting), CRM marketing, SEO, brand, and PR
Directly handling, Managing Paid Ads ,reporting over the growth and working over the solution of obstacles in campaign.
Take responsibility for annual marketing plan, strategy and team – accurately forecasting spend, leads, CPC, sales
Work closely with sales team to align sales and marketing strategies
Manage the marketing budget and expenditures
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
Identify competitors and formulate strategies to take market share
Drive funnel optimization strategies and drive product recommendations to further enhance the site to improve conversion
Responsible for reporting over Google analytics tied to marketing efforts and website technicality
The right candidate:
Must be expert in PPC , SEM , SEO
Managed SEO department for 3+ years
3-5 years owning acquisition for a high-growth company, showing the ability to substantially scale the business across existing and new channels.
Strong knowledge of re targeting and re marketing.
Data driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills and think in terms of ROI and your impact on the business.
Experience driving engagement and conversion through a rigorous test and learn cycle targeting, creative, and different channel tests.
Experience devising, launching, testing and optimizing campaigns across new channels and proving out how to scale.
Experience with attribution modeling and executing a full funnel approach to GA4
Sense of ownership and pride around contributing to the company’s success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present, influence others and build relationships.
