Customer Service Representative

PNY Trainings is an institute which is mainly focused on IT Trainings. We are looking for a Customer Services Representatives (CSR.

Responsibilities:

• to handle queries in a best possible way
• handle inbound and outbound calls
• counsel candidates on phone

Requirements:

• One year of experience in a similar role
• Good telephone etiquette
• Good Selling and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology
• Preferably a male candidate
