HR Manager

Job Description

PureLogics is looking to hire HR Manager for its Lahore office on an urgent basis

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Nurture a positive working environment

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Job Specification:

Minimum 8 Years of experience working in the HR operations

2+ years of management experience.

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and provide guidelines to the HR team.

Proven track record of strategically defining and delivering HR operations.

Minimum Master’s degree required in HRM (MBA, MPA, MHRM)
