Responsibilities
•Selecting the vendors for engineering items according to vendor selection criteria.
•Monitor the procurement of all required items according to the purchase order and ensure well-timed delivery to the stores.
•Ensure the procurement of quality efficient items at competitive prices.
Supervise the team in price negotiations, and self-perform price negotiations with vendors/suppliers where required.
