Job Description
We are looking to hire a lead generation specialist that shall working in US hours. Good communication skills with some technical background is a plus. We need a resource who will start the initial conversation with website visitors, receive calls during US hours and also conduct cold calls.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle client communication effectively.
Extract client information and requirements by answering telephone calls and interviewing clients.
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
Send tailored proposals to prospects and targeted responses to their queries.
Data management and maintaining client-related data.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
