Marketing Executive

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan & Execute promotional activities, and float new ideas to generate quality traffic bearing in mind the national holidays, sectional changes, cultural days and other important days that require due attention.

Prepare and follow a proper event calendar for the activity for the mall.

Follow standard operation procedures for organizing an event.

Planning all costs, expenditures and projected revenues, obtaining authorization for budget to hold all activities/events from the management.

Executing and monitoring the whole activations.

Identify and build a database of leading business and service providers with contact detail to use for direct marketing and future correspondence regarding activities and promotions.

Develop database of well known personalities, celebrities and popular, comments, suggestions for each activation separately.

Submitting report once the activity finishes-heaving feedbacks, comments, suggestions for each activation separately.

Keeping track of all major events happening in the country.

Keep a track of footfall and ensure more footfall and increase in revenue through brand activations.

Provide assistance to mall occupants and support their promotional activates when required.

Utilize departments that are directly related to marketing ensure continuing and quality of service, overlooking advertising materials being displayed and maintaining general cleanliness on the inside and outside the mall.

Twice a week visit to the Malls. Centaurus etc.

Must read a business page of Dawn, GT Magazines and other published print media to keep track of major events and activities.

Communicate with major business houses carrying international brands.

Responsible for music of mall playlist and ensuring music and azan is played on time
