International Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• To contact customers upon receiving their enquiry to inform them about a product or service using scripts

• To answer queries about products/services or the company.

• To enter accurate customer details in the system.

• To inquire and understand customer requirements and forward calls to the concerned authorities and call back customers accordingly.

• To eradicate details of those customers who are not interested in campaigns.

• To ensure the confidentiality of the customer’s information.

• To facilitate future sales by going an extra mile.

Job Specification:

- Excellent Communication Skills

- 2 years of experience in an International Call Center preferably UK Market

- Should have Outbound Sales Experience
