Manager Food / Beverages

We are looking for Manager F & B for MalamJabba Ski Resort, Swat in North. JD as below:

• Manage food & beverage operations and health & safety standards.
• Responsible for planning menu, and organizing events and parties
• Plan and execute food and beverage orders.
• Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs.
• Assess organizational needs such as staffing, job rotations, training, allocation of resources in accordance with budget.
• Supervise the welcoming of customers and strive towards an exceptional customer experience
• Handle customer complaints in a welcoming manner.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors.
• Track food & beverage supplies and place orders when needed.
• Manage and report cash generated by the business.
• Weekly and Monthly Sales forecasting and managing business operations based on projections.
