Assistant Manager Merchandising
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sampling to new and existing customers( Internal & External)
- Work closely with the planning department for allocating capacity.
- Coordination and Follow up of gray fabric from suppliers.
- Follow up of Fabric Dyeing & Printing Process.
- Coordinate and follow up with export department for Shipment planning.
- Receive the complains from the Customer and take the correction action to avoid repeating the Problems.
- Prepare local sales contracts and local sales schedule.
- Coordinate with Fabric Sourcing and Development
- To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA)
- Responsible for documentation like packing list, Processing program and Purchase Orders
- Follow up on color and quality lab testing and results (internal and external).
- Work as a coordinator between production and QC departments and Customers to insure the best practice and a smooth operation.
- Reporting the OTD (on time delivery) to the top management on semi-monthly basis.
- Analyzing sales figures, customer's reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of SAP ( ERP)
