Deputy Manager Sales

Job Description

Shabbir Textile Mills Pvt Ltd. Lahore required Deputy Manager Sales for its head office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identifying and targeting new customers.

Responding to fabric inquiries after consulting with seniors.

Responsible for sampling to new and existing customers and order placement.

Oversee packing of fabric and dispatch.

Close liaison with warehouse.

Manage and coordinate with phone call to the customers and sell the company product and place customer orders in a timely manner.

Identify customers’ needs and wants; give best suggestion to clarify information about company product.

Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email.

Must have a leading ability in customer service satisfaction.

Successfully address customer complaints and resolve it.

Develop and maintain contacts with customer and marketing representatives.

Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.

Maintains relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance.

Regular visit to Local customers.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelors or Master having 5 to 6 year relevant experience

Must have strong communication skills.

Presentation Skills,

Negotiation skills

MS Office skills
