Outlet Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for sales of finished fabric to retail market.

  • Determine annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysis trend and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annul sales quotas.
  • Keeping sales stock control system up-to-date.
  • Planning, organizing and controlling of over-all sales operations.
  • Constantly plan out all resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
  • Maintain housekeeping of outlet and surrounding area.
  • Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective outlet administration.
  • Responsible for future capacity requirements
  • Establish effective communication
  • Manage all full-cycle sales activities within assigned territory including client development,
  • Generate new account sales and growth to existing account base.
  • Provide timely and accurate territory reporting, forecasting to sales management.
  • Provide regular feedback to marketing.
  • Achieve revenue targets within operating budgets.
  • And carry out all activities and functions as directed by the senior management.
