Outlet Manager

Job Description

Responsible for sales of finished fabric to retail market.

Determine annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysis trend and results.

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annul sales quotas.

Keeping sales stock control system up-to-date.

Planning, organizing and controlling of over-all sales operations.

Constantly plan out all resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.

Maintain housekeeping of outlet and surrounding area.

Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective outlet administration.

Responsible for future capacity requirements

Establish effective communication

Manage all full-cycle sales activities within assigned territory including client development,

Generate new account sales and growth to existing account base.

Provide timely and accurate territory reporting, forecasting to sales management.

Provide regular feedback to marketing.

Achieve revenue targets within operating budgets.

And carry out all activities and functions as directed by the senior management.
