Job Description

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Keeping stock control system up-to-date

Responsible to carry out physical audit of store stock.

Planning, organizing and controlling of stores over-all operations.

Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report.

Improvement & development of warehouse.

Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective store administration.

Maintaining accurate and verifiable stocks.

Responsible for future capacity requirements,

producing regular reports and statistics on daily weekly and monthly basis

Issuance/dispatch of stock as per SOP.

Ensure internal & external customer’s satisfaction through timely and quality purchases

Handle and monitor obsolete/inventory disposals.

And carry out all activities and function as directed by the senior management
