ERP Functional Consultant

For our ongoing projects, we are looking for experienced and highly motivated ERP Functional Consultants to be a part of our Implementation and Support Department. 

Responsibilities: 

1.      Evaluates the user demands and identifies the use cases.

2.      Monitor and Manage Customer queries using Office Management Software.

3.      Monitor and Manage Tasks for Support Department.

4.      Able to give front end resolution to queries raised by clients.

5.      Closely work with the QA team.

6.      Prepare and Manage User Manuals;

7.      Conduct End User Trainings and User Acceptance Testing for ERP clients.

8.      Coordinate and follow up with the technical staff by testing the behavior of the system.

9.      Manage resolution within defined timelines associated with a complaint category.

10.   Develop a team work culture, aligned with the overall culture of Customer Service and Organization.
