SOA Consultant

Speridian is looking for a SOA Consultant responsible for BPM andSOA development, maintenance and upgrade as per industry standards. The candidate must participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing and support. The candidate must provide technical guidance to the team, must be able to manage small projects and have strong communication skills.

Required:

• Oracleexperience:OracleBPEL 11g/12c,OracleService Bus 11g/12c,OracleESB 11g/12c, J2EE including Weblogic, Web Services,OracleSOA Suite 11g/ 12c, ,OracleDatabase, SOA process performance tuning
• Knowledge of SOA principles and practices, and the ability to apply meaningfully to system integrations.
• Knowledge of and Experience in all areas of solution architecture related to SOA: Infrastructure, Security, Integration, Application, Data.
• Detail oriented and effective time management and strong analytical, organization and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional written, strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Dedicated, motivated, efficient and results oriented and possess an ability to work with minimal supervision.

Highly Desired:

• Experience securing SOA processes, especially data-in-motion. Experience with WSSECURITY standard. Experience with security access/authentication *to* SOA processes (OAM Suite Plus, etc).
• OracleADF User Interface experience. And/OrOracleAPEX.Ability and experience with generating common (Canonical) data models.
• OracleBPM Suite 11g experience.
• OracleXSU (XML SQL Utility) for REST services.
• Oracle SOA Suite Administration experience. Installations and Upgrades.

PrincipalAccountability

• Design and develop quality SOA and BPM solutions to agreed schedules. Deliver all associated technical documentation.
• Support SOA and BPM solutions and environments.
• Implement n-tier solutions spanning multiple, strategic, enterprise technologies.
• Provide accurate impact assessment of proposed changes and initiatives.
• Identify potential project risk events and provide risk mitigation plans.
• Lead Systems Integration Testing and assist the business with UAT.
• Perform peer technical reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
