Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• General Follow-up with customer & Business unit head.

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

• Export and import Follow-up & shipment coordinate with production department.

• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvement

• Email & resolve queries of external customers (customer relationship management)

• Indents issuance & feed from customers.

• LC opening & shipment counseling and business development.

• Reminders and feedback from customers and regional branches.

• Meetings regarding sales.

• Data analysis and Business reporting.

• Visa processing CEO coordination.

• Event management.

Skills:
