Quality VD Sec. Head

Responsibilities :

• Develop and Deploy QMS systems for Retail and manufacturing of Stylo.
• Develop the Quality Capability by designing the QA/QC daily activities in daily basis,Develop and execute standards for vendors.
• Lead the Repair, Receiving, and Andraj, Sampling quality and QAV for Improving the quality.
• Own all Quality related KPI's, develop KPIs if needed, and develop and execute Master plan to establish Quality Department in Stylo.
• Identify, calculate Quality Relates issues, Identify root cause and eliminate them with the passage of time.
• Ensure the execution of all Quality tools, statistical techniques to develop a control system.Develop best in class Quality department for Stylo Shoes.
• Visit the market, own the Claims, Repair and do solid actions to show reduction trends.Develop Training material in local language for staff and vendors.
• Develop and Deploy Quality related SOPs, Process, and Policies to bring a quality conscious culture in the company.
• Develop a complete Quality reporting structure, Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly, Presentation for HOD Sourcing as per requirement.
• Develop Quality Lab for Stylo for the inspection of Raw material and finished product before receiving it.
• Develop and deploy complete Inspection report systems to track all types of testing, inspections etc.Responsible for cost reduction of products.
• Maintains direct working relationships with existing vendor base to support current and future business needs
• Responsible for developing and delivering successful strategies to maximize vendor productivity
• Establish supplier alliances through communication and information sharing. Ensure that they remain focused on our mutual goals,
• Plan and invest to meet our growing needs and have scalability to support our changing requirements.
• Use business intelligence and SQP (supplier qualification program) to negotiate and determine supplier selection.
• BOM preparation and management,Communicate with individuals at all levels inside and outside the company.
• Deployment of QMS at Strategic partner,Plan and vendor Award ceremony on annual basis.
