Job Description

We are looking for services of a "Project Manager".

Sukh Chayn Gardens (Pvt.) Ltd is a suburban housing estate of Lahore located near Bahria Town with High-quality living standards based on top of the line engineering & technology. We are looking for a competitive and hardworking Manager Project to help in the management of running of the complete society, with due focus on civil works.

Responsibilities:

To plan, execute and finalize the project deadline within timeframe at budgeted cost.

Direct and manage project

Coordinate with contractors and third party

Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis

Plan and schedule project resources, timer line and tasks to be assigned to every person on the team

Proactively manage the project changes with the time.

Motivate and mentor people when and where required.

Requirements:

B.sc (Civil Engineering) / M.sc (Civil Engineering) / M.sc (Project Management)

Experience in known clients of Housing Sectors.

Experience in infrastructure planning, contract management, execution and office management.

Candidates with a good amount of experience are encouraged to apply.
