Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve the departmental KPI and targets and motivate and train staff for future needs
  • Allocate tasks to the team capability wise and achieve optimal output from departmental resources
  • Daily activities
  • In supplies
  • Counter measure if found any deviation in system
  • KAIZEN activities
  • Maintain minimum order quantity and follow the against any non conformity
  • Evaluate the performance
  • Responsible to visit the vendor premises before approval and assess its competency to deliver the quality supplies and check quality control system
  • Issues and evaluate them
  • Responsible to monitor the raw material and follow up and make sure that company did not face shortage of any item
  • Responsible to evaluate daily material consummation and planned material purchasing according to the forecast
  • Responsible to control the raw material issuance and return
  • Responsible to maintain (Counting, stacking and proper placement) and issues of crush inventory
  • Responsible of transport arrangement for supplies and annual agreements with transporters, Performance evaluation of transporters monthly, quarterly and annually, must have contingency plan for any emergency from transporter side before sign
  • Keep close liaison with customer regarding inventory and rejections
  • present monthly departmental progress in MRM and take action timely as per direction in MRM
  • All new employees shall ensure that they will read and understand all company Quality procedures, with special emphasis on their relevant QSP's
  • In case of any query you shall inform your HOD for a response
  • The Company lays special emphasis on how you maintain the house keeping of your department
