Inventory Officer

Job Purpose:

• To record and maintain on time inventory in an effective and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining Inventory records in WMS.
• Responsible for maintaining clean record of all physical documents.
• Responsible for making accurate and timely inbound & outbound transactions in WMS.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records at all times.
• Responsible for verifying all Inbound and outbound movements and also note down the serial numbers of serialized items.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining all inventory reports required by client and TAQ Management.

• Manager Warehouse
• Supervisor Warehouse
• Head Office
• Associates / Customers

Qualification:

• B.com

Experience:

•  6 months to 1 year experience in a responsible authority position.

Knowledge:

• Sound knowledge of Inventory.
• Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations.
• Acceptable knowledge of warehousing.
•  Computer Knowledge.

• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to work in a team and coordinate with others.
